Q: Is BLOOM Collagen Complete suitable for vegan or vegetarian?
A: BLOOM Collagen Complete contains marine collagen which is derived from fishes and therefore is not suitable for vegan. This product is suitable for individuals on pescatarian diets who can consume fish.
Q: What time shall we drink BLOOM Collagen Complete?
A: Take 1 bottle daily with meal in the morning or at night depending on your daily supplement intake.
Q: What is the difference between type I and type II collagen? Is there any type II collagen product in YL? Can we take these two types of collagen together?

Q. Does BLOOM Skincare System contain any animal-derived ingredient?
A. The xanthan gum that is used in these products may have been processed with an enzyme derived from the albumen portion of the egg. Therefore, the BLOOM products (cleanser, essence and lotion) are suitable for people following ovo-vegetarian diets but are not vegan friendly.
Q. Can Bloom Cleanser be used on sensitive skin?
A. This formula does not contain any harsh sulfates, harsh surfactants, or alcohol that could cause irritation for people with sensitive skin.
Q: What is the function of Chlorella vulgaris extract?
A: Chlorella vulgaris extract is derived from seaweed and is used as a skin-conditioning agent that helps support a healthy skin microbiome.
Q: What is an essence?
A: An essence is a hydrating, water-based substance that is used after cleansing/toning and before applying a serum or moisturiser. It delivers hydration and/or other targeted benefits to the skin while helping to make the serum/moisturiser you use afterward absorb better into your skin.
Q: Why is the mica settling to the bottom or sticking to the sides of the bottle?
A: Since this is a natural formulation without synthetic ingredients to help suspend particles in the solution, some of the mica may settle to the bottom of the bottle or stick to the sides. This will not affect the efficacy or safety of the product. Shaking the bottle before use may help to resuspend the settled mica.
Q: Are there any areas where BLOOM lotion should not be used?
A: BLOOM lotion is designed to be applied to the face and neck region.
